Probably the most satisfying uplifting progressive tekkie trance track I've done to date. Influences of the old Platipus Records in the beginning, building into a gorgeous epic masterpiece.

Recorded in late 1999 and early 2000, this track epitomizes an era of desert trance for me. Flanged kicks, dark and progressive. Performed live with my beloved RM1x.
Recorded 1 January 2000 after I came home from the "millennium parties" .. a reflection on how, if you will recall, everyone had been expecting all sorts of terrible stuff to happen, and how it had not. Of all the billions of people in the world, surely someone could have made something happen.. and they had not. It was like we had overcome ourselves. Recorded solely using a Yamaha Rm1x, the sound is kind of simple, and yet it's still one of my favorites. The opening sample is from the night before.

My first epic progressive trance track. Great way to start a set. Begins very slowly, kind of minimalist breaks. Made strictly with an SP-808 and two TB-303's, some reverb and a delay pedal (and a sampler). Very oldschool - like, 1998 oldschool :P
